Self-Defense for Women
Self-Defense for Women incorporates elements of karate, jiu-jitsu, Aikido and Defendo. These are applied to real life situations. This free 8 week program is designed specifically for women, taking into account their smaller stature, usually less dominant position and the emotional aspects associated with defending oneself. Enjoy the social interaction and the benefits of being physically active. Attention is paid to certain scenarios and question and answer sessions help with specific concerns. Physical abilities are not an essential prerequisite. A gi is not required for this program.
